All SERVICE KITS must be ordered with the serial
number of the machine it is to be used on.
RETURN GOODS must be agreed with the warehouse prior to dispatch and a return slip must be attached. In the absence of an agreement, the return may be rejected.

When handling orders for end customers, the discount is deducted 5%
RMA
Should the need arise to create a claim for a machine or tool,
this can be done by filling in the form on this page.
REMEMBER:
Always apply the serial number to the machine and, if possible, also the invoice number. This helps to ensure a faster expedition.
